Please send your performance tickets and a note containing your funds transfer information (name of financial institution, name of branch, account number, name) by mail to Osaka Artists Agency. Your ticket fee will be transferred to the account provided after confirmation. Please be forewarned that due to the process involved, it will take about three to four weeks to complete the refund process after your tickets are received.
