*Please bring your tickets to the store that issued them. You will be refunded in cash.
*If you received your tickets by mail, please contact the applicable ticketing system to receive a refund.
*Refund period: From May 13 (Thu) 10:00 AM (JST) to June 3 (Thu).
For tickets purchased through Geibun Play Guide:
*Please bring your tickets during business hours. You will be refunded in cash.
Business hours:
Weekdays (closed Mondays): 10 AM – 7 PM
Weekends and Holidays: 10 AM – 6 PM
*Refund period: From May 13 (Thu) 10:00 AM (JST) to June 3 (Thu) 7 PM.
For tickets purchased through Music Station:
Instructions will be sent individually by mail. You will be refunded by way of bank transfer.
